I have an '82 C20 Silverado that will be for sale. New rebuilt motor (broken in last weekend), dual tanks, pw, pdl, etc. I will take $2500 for it, but I am in Alabama.

The truck is white/creme two-tone. 350 4bolt, TH400 trans. There is holes rusted in the passenger floorpan that I am going to fix by cutting out the rust and welding in panels from another floorpan and paint it with POR15.

I just saw a very sweet 71 or 72 GMC 3/4 in your area on Classic Car trader - online. It's in your price range, believe it was rustfree.
