just about done bagging my '99
we're not quite done yet. it does layout, but i need to tub all 4 corners. when the front is tubbed I should pick up an extra inch.
This truck will basically be done after I tub all four corners, weld on the roll pan, paint the door handles, put in a notch cover... and that's about it. I might play with the interior some... but for the most part I think my hot rod funds will go towards a 60-66 swb next. |

Re: just about done bagging my '99
actually... I might raise the upper control arm mounts an inch and put in some lower control arms (ART or Choppin probably) to fix that camber, but then I'll be done. i think I'll keep these 18's on there for a while.

Re: just about done bagging my '99
thanks guys, I've made very little headway since these pics. My buddy and I got side tracked and built a couple bobbers/choppers... but here's what i have done so far:
started test fitting the tubs finally. but now i'm thinking about smooth bed walls. and I got the rollpan welded in finally: they are stockers off an 07 denali if I remember right. are you really thinking about doing it? my brother has a 61 he wants to bag. Re: just about done bagging my '99
Here's a link to a build thread on the truck. We still have to do something in the bed but we spent too much on paint!

Re: just about done bagging my '99
yeah I almost bought a kp 6link myself and couldn't find one (there was like 4 for $1k or less a month before I was ready to buy). Then after I bought my AVS 4-link all the sudden there were 6links everywhere again............ LOL
I do like the 6link though, it's a good kit I think. I've seen it on a buddies truck locally. |
