Re: title company

I have heard of them, but never used them. I believe they title it in Alabama under your name then you transfer it in whatever state you live in. I've heard they can title pretty much anything. Mario

Re: title company

Here in VT all we need is a bill of sale, no titles given on older vehicles.

It saves a lot of headaches for sure.

Re: title company

I used Broadway to get a title for my Blazer that I bought out of Ga. My local dmv questioned the paperwork at first but it was perfectly legit and they did issue me a SC title.

Re: title company

They are probably going to do a mechanic's lien kind of deal. I have done that twice using services, it was no problem at all. Never used that company though. You can do it yourself if you want to mess with it, but you have to pay someone to do a title search anyway to find out where to send the paperwork to, so I just let them do it all.

Re: title company

No such thing as a title in the state of Alabama on vehicles older than 1975 model year.
