WIW 69 Shortbed all original
1969 Chevy shortbed pickup, 1/2 ton Fleetside, 350 powerglide, ps, 92K original miles, all original,
Has all the trim and the best original bed i've ever seen. NO ABSOLUTELY NO DENTS in the bed inside or out. NO RUST. Only surface rust on the inside floor and one spot near the gate on a straight support. gate is beautiful. Rust in rockers, one cab support, two small spots in floor, and one spot in one fender and one bottom corner of a door. Other than that ALL ORIGINAL PAINT and in great shape. I don't need another project but might buy it because he has a lot of parts to go with it. BUT....please let me know a value w/out the parts in case i decide to use the parts for my 70 and sell this to pay for the parts. Any good price suggestions. Checked Evilbay and the prices are all over. This is the nicest original i have ever seen except for at car shows. I would drive it the way it is because from 5ft it looks great! Runs good and everything seems to work. No tach or tilt or buckets, but a clean bench seat w/ no tears and nice interior overall. Any thoughts on price are appreciated. |

Re: WIW 69 Shortbed all original
Better pictures would help alot, but I'll say at least $4000. Anything less would be a steal in my opinion.

I'd guess in the $4-6K range too. Put it on ebay with a $6K reserve and see what happens.

Re: WIW 69 Shortbed all original
It sounds like it's in the same shape as mine was when I bought it. Mine is a 67 short fleetside from New Mexico. I paid $6800 for mine and I looked for over two years to find one that nice. If you can buy it for between $4k-$6k I would go for it if you need another project but I don't think you will be able to sell it and make a ton of money. Even though mine was is nice shape it still needed restored or it would be a rust bucket right now from the PA weather.
