New seat covers?
Where do you guys get most of your new replacement seat covers for your truck or blazer bucket seats? Ive seen so far that Classicparts has it the cheapest. Would it be a good idea to get it from them or is there another place better? Are there good quality? Thanks!

Re: New seat covers?
I bought a set of covers a while ago. Just had them put on by an upholestery shop. When I took them in the guy said that "PUI Interiors" wasn't a good brand. I got them back and they don't fit very good at all. It's too hard to explain where they don't fit nicely. The front buckets I can live with, but the rear bench is brutal. The back of the seat is about 2" too small. The shop managed to stretch it on there though. I wish they didn't so I could have tried to return it. Now I'm looking at getting it re-done even though it's never been sat on.
When I picked it up someone else was looking to get their chevell seats done with this brand of cover. I was shown all the places they cheaped out on them. PUI Interiors isn't a good brand of cover in my eyes. After seeing the way mine fit, and having a pro show me the differences in covers I can say I'll never go with them again. |

Re: New seat covers?
For some vehicles you don't have a choice in manufacturer of covers. PUI covers are better than they used to be. It is not always the covers fault when they don't fit. We have had no issues with PUI in the last 2 years except for a 442 door panel that the woodgrain decal came loos on and they replaced it no questions asked.

Re: New seat covers?
Try Atheys classic truck parts.... website is www.s-c-t-p.com his prices on seatcovers seem to be the lowest. I think they are all made by the same manufacturer, so try to find the vendor with the best price

Re: New seat covers?
Before i would spend $300 on a cover, i would find a local auto upholstery shop. Locally i can get my bench custom re-covered for $250. That includes picking any color and new foam.
