Trying to decifer my vin

I checked the vin decoder but i still cant figure it out!!! Some of the digits on my door seal isnt even on the list!!! Can someone help!!!

What's your VIN? Chevy or GMC?

Make sure you are decoding the VIN on the door with the VIN decoder. There is also a model numebr decoder. Don't get them confused. There are also differenced in the years, and between GMC and Chevy.

yep, we need your VIN. You can keep the last 4 digits to yourself if you are scared of that sort of thing.

i have no clue what the 1 is in front of it all... but that is a GMC VIN. They do not decode the same as chevy.,

Here is what I get from your VIN:
C = 2wd
S = 6 cylinder
1 = half ton
OD = fleetside
P = Pontiac, MI
B = 1968
