converter help

im trying to experiment with converters unsure of cam size i figure 550 range (bbc) i came across two converters one stalls at 4200 the other 3500. the 4200 has antibaloon plates but im scared it might be to big. this one was behind a 455 and he wants to sell becasue he said its to big.the 3500 is a jegs converter no real history. my plans are to get a used converter untill first of the year when i get trans with brake and roller cam.

which would be the best choice.
