Power Brakes are locked
I have just recently adjusted my brakes by the brake pedal and drove it once or twice and then today, the pedal wouldn't move. I was like the brake were applied the entire time. I doconnected the pedal from the MC and tried to move the push bar into the booster and nothing. just locked up.
It was a new booster and new MC with very low miles on them like mayber 50. Any ideas?

Re: Power Brakes are locked
You need a little free play in the pedal before it starts pushing the power brake unit. Also the shaft between the master cyl. & booster could be too long.

Re: Power Brakes are locked
Sounds like you have the pedal adjusted to tight, and the master cyl. won't release the built-up pressure. As stated above, need about 3/8-1/2" freeplay at top of pedal. Just my $.02.

If you crack a brake bleeder screw it should release the pressure... LockDoc
