It's the spidle,hub,backing plate that is needed. Not sure on the axle though but i'm pretty sure the knuckles are the same

Just find a matching ratio axle on Ebay or Junkyard ($200 max?) and bolt it right in... Or swap the parts...

Much less hassle removing four U-bolts the the rest of the swap will take..

but...
