what goes 1st

when I am replacing the floor pan , center hump , rocker panel inner and outer , kick panel . why I don't know is it was cut out by PO . I have to replace the lower part of door post too on the o/s , below the door bolt holes . The piece that has the big hole that bottom of fender bolts to is that 2 pieces . There are 2 small bolts and a large hole . pic gives you an ides of what is going on . oh yea should I hang the doors before I start doing this

my only concern is that if everything that you have mentioned is already cut out then I'm worried that your cab might have spread out a bit. I would square your cab first, then my thoughts would be floor pans, trans cover, rockers, then door post. But i'm sure someone who has been this indepth on one will chime in on the most logical process.

Hmmm!, It looks like some assembly is required!

I would start with the pillar post repair as the inner rocker and outer rocker attaches to it. Attached is a schematic of the the pillar post and rockers.

You will want to use the door for checking clearances.

I agree, Start where its important, around the doors. The middle will kinda take care of its self.
