Welcome newest board member, Johnny Beagle!

He picked this up last week for... drumroll please? $300

LWB, 72, AC cab, PS

The only operational things wrong are the PS pump and a bad steering shaft (already replaced)

Pretty mild rust everywhere, drives pretty nice (even with no PS and a tiny wheel - great for the forearms!)

Right now, he's trying to decide if this one is a keeper, or if its a flip truck.

What do you all think?

Oh, someone go ahead and get his account approved or whatever so he can post

Re: Welcome newest board member, Johnny Beagle!

weeee

Yeah, thats my truck. New steering shaft is in, power steering pump is in the mail, I hope that'll fix it.

A/C blows, not cold though.

I think I'm gonna keep her. Trying to figure out what to do next, any suggestions?

thanks for the compliments guys

making it roadworthy and safe to drive has upped my total cost on the truck to $807, still not bad in my opinion

Nice. I only paid 400 for mine but mine had been sitting for years and is in pieces. So not fair. Good luck and keep us up on the progress.

Is that a 70 or earlier rear axle under it? 6 lug. can tell by the center cap on the right rear wheel
