Its sounds like to me just a lifter taking its time pumping up after it sat. You can fix it but it will involve a good teardown on the motor. Try adding some oil treatment such as STP to your oil and see if that helps.Or change it with the high mileage oil. With that many miles on the motor, its aloud to make some noises.
I wouldn't worry about it. But thats just me.
