need clutch help on '85

My uncle has a '85 Chevy 3/4 ton 4x4 farm truck. Its leaking under the dash, the clutch has a little black boot, its leaking from there. How hard is this to replace? Better to rebuild, of buy a new one?

Either it's the clutch slave cylinder leaking or a line..

I just know its leaking inside the cab, and leaks out in a day. I just looked to see if its leaking, my uncle didn't know.
