bed bolts and HEI question

i was wondering if you can buy some bed mounting bolts anywhere or do you have to buy them from like LMC or somewhere like that?....my other question has to do with my HEI...i need to get a cap and rotor for it but have no clue what it came out of or what year...someone told me to get cap and rotor for a 75 chevy pickup and that will work.....does that sound right?

Don't know on the bed bolts, but I would assume you could get them anywhere, as long as you get the right size.

You should be fine with a cap & rotor from a 75, that's what I do when I need a new one.

I just replaced mine yesterday. 3/8" X 4" I believe. I know that the length is 4", and they are carriage bolts. I also cut some rubber squares 2" X 2" and stuffed them between the bed and frame.

Home Depot carries the bed bolts in plated, galvanized and stainless steel.
