I've dealt with Wes @ Classic Heartbeat and Brother's with no complaints, whatsoever.
I've also had dealings with LMC. I have no complaints about quality, or service, but they seemed to be a bit pricey. On the other hand, they had what I needed, when I need it. A man's gotta do what a man's gotta do.

Here's a dynamite thread that explains the whole process. Theoretically it's a pretty straight forward endeavor....but like most things it's the SLD's (Sh!tty Little Details) that'll get you all befuddled if you try to rush things.
