So how do you grab the door panel? TvBlazer has a hole in his that you can grab like a handle.... Will this be a custom modification or I'm I seeing it wrong????

Re: just orderd custom door panels

Whats your take on leaving them un covered? I like these, but I'm not real sure how I like the raw plastic. They would be perfect for my truck, but again I really don't want to cover them. Could someone get away with leaving them raw? Or would they not look right?

Re: just orderd custom door panels

I too wanted to buy some and leave them uncovered. I just wanted to cover the 'trim' pieces but not the whole panel. I'd be curious to see if it would work as well.

Also I just dont see how the door panel keeps from coming off???? I have to slam my doors to close them. If these things are held on with velcro then would they eventually pull loose?

What are you gunna do about the door panel with no handle???

(I'm not knocking the product I would just like to know all about them before I purchase them for myself)

Re: just orderd custom door panels

I have some for my truck. Personally I wouldn't leave them uncovered. If you did, they will look JUST like the picture above.

They don't attach with "velcro" is it the same stuff custom upholsters use. It is 3M Dual Loc fasteners. Travis' Blazer is using them and he can give an unbiased opinion on them.

Mine have been on for just about a year now and I have not had one problom like that. And I know mine is more show, but my doors are open and closed a lot. Chris will tell you the same thing. I think he open them 5 or 6 time just looking at it. But that is what it is for..
