Hey guys i need some pics of how the cables from the rear end come together and hook to the cable coming back from the pedal.

Both of my cables leaving the axle are the same length and i am missing parts so I would like to know what im looking for.
Thanks in advance.

I've got a related question...about half the time, my parking brake won't "lock down" when I push it in, or will barely catch. Does anyone know how to adjust it?

Re: emergency brake system pics

How far are you having to push it down? You adjust it under the truck. There will be a bolt/nut, just tighten it to make it tighter.

Well, I push it to the floor and it does not "catch". Sometimes it does catch, but if I'm on an incline, it lets go. I'm sure it is probably easy to fix, but I'm not smart enough to figure it out.

Re: emergency brake system pics

If it isn't catching I would check the latching mechanism. You may be missing spring or it bent.

BTW, you should only have to press it down about 6". If it is going to the floor it should be adjusted.
