Hi i'm putting my fender back on and I just can't remember which bolts go where I have so many bolts from other stuff, can somebody please post a picture or tell me which bolts go where, and how many bolts I should have, and a certain order to put them in because I tried to put it on and man it sure is a pain to get all the holes to line up, can someone please help me out..maybe a certain bolt order would help it line up evenly..i don't know I just want my truck going again!!

This is the way we do it.

Tape card board onto leading edge of door and rocker.

Hang fender on rear bolts, (3/8-16 with large flat washers)
two on top, one on bottom, leave loose. It helps to have
someone hold the front. We leave the liner out until the
fender is installed.

Start bolts from fender to radiator support, leave loose

Install triangular corner brace to fender and support, leave
loose

At this stage we measure for squareness and opening for
hood, adjust as necessary

Check rear for alignment and measure hood opening, shim
top or bottom bolts to match door, set gap before tightening
bolts

Tighten bolts from fender to support and remeasure

It is an iterative process, so you may have to go back and
readjust. Once you get the hood on, readjustment may be
necessary to get the gaps right. Install liner.

it's the passenger's side fender...thanks lots jim, how do you put the radiator support on now? once I have the passenger side, should i put the radiator support now? then put on the driver side fender after that? or...also which order should I put bolts in for the radiator support, and those two that are on each part of the frame with the rubber things? how are those supposed to go back on? thanks lots!

Sorry!

I thought you only had one fender off. The saddle should go on first, (radiator support). I try to center the support to the frame.

Leave the support mounts loose and check for front to rear level of the fender by doing a trial fit. If the front is high you will have to shim the cab. If it is low then shimming of the mounts is needed. I usually rough position the support square to the cab,
front to rear and then check the "x" dimension. After that hang the fender per what I posted before. It can be a little painful, but be patient, it will work out.

On the radiator support rubber mounts, bolt those up first, loosely.

when i assembled mine i put the whole front end together minus the hood and then mounted it it was just place it and bolt it

Rad Support, Tubs, Fender 's Hood Cowel. Leave everything loose . To tighten the tubs start at the top bolt then go down one at a time from Left to right or vis versa.
