forgive the spelling...................I am installing mine and I can only assume the large donut instals on the inside of the door trim panel????? Is there any trick, or just push them in????

they are a pain in the butt, align them and push you might want to have a tiny flat head screwdriver to help the inner clip go inside the door panel.

Yep!
I figured it out finaly..................the big side is towards the interior of the truck and the little side with the :"prongs" goes in the hole..(PUSH HARD!!!)
Got the passengers side door done
