3" drop coil springs
Wondering if anyone has installed 3" drop springs up front to lower their ride. I am trying to lower my '77 C10 on the cheap and am considering this method (Western Chassis coils). If you have done this, how does the truck ride and would you reccommend it to others like myself?
FWIW, I have always used drop spindles in the past, but want to go the low buck route on this truck.

Re: 3" drop coil springs
Hey Jeff,... I have 2" drop coils with another 1/2 coil removed for an additional 1" drop on my blazer. (Also 2.5" ECE spindles)
Rides good,... but I went with CPP upper arms to help with the alignment. Let me know what you find out when you get an alignment. The cheapest place to buy 3" drop springs is to purchase the Summit Racing brand. They are actually Ground Force.
