I say, do a flip in the back and dont touch the spring pack...will be just right in the stance department

The spring is a 3/4 ton pack with 7 leaves + overload spring, the way we look at it , it is designed to carry a load so when it is empty it just bounces around. So working the spring pack may only be the first step and I still may need to flip it.

I installed the new side trim yesterday but I'm not impressed with the quality, every strip was bent or twisted, the curve for the bed side was wrong, the curve on the front fender was ugly, the clips were ok but the nuts were either too small or too big. the stick on pads wouldn't peel off so had to remove them and fit new tape so it took two of us five hours to fit it all up.
The pics look better that it is.
