SEMA Squares

I thought I would test the waters to see if there would be any interest in a thread with all the slick squares from this years SEMA show. Let's try to leave the comments out of it and keep this thread real pic-heavy, eh.

I'll start-

Perfection. I *heart* the '85-'88 grills.

Re: SEMA Squares

This might be a rather bleak thread. I have only seen two or three in the coverage-

Re: SEMA Squares

That stepside ran on ebay a year or two ago . It looked darker then . Still nice top to bottom .

Just Jason, and two of the crew. Once again I stayed here and wish I would have gone. He took that yellow truck and his SSR:

I'm sure he's talking about the fact that they enlarged the rear window opening--took it down where it's basically even with the side glass. . .I like it

WOW!! I did not even notice that until you posted this. That is one of the best mods i've seen on a square body.

I haven't seen it done in person, but I've been talking about it for quite a while...one of the mods I would like to do when (and if) I chop the top on one of these trucks. Here is a photoshop Longhair did for me...it is a mild chop, but the stock back window opening would throw 99% of the crowd off.

Re: SEMA Squares

proabably gonna chop mine (if i can still make one piece glass work) and that's how I'm planning on doing it! Gonna keep the stock sized rear glass!

LMD - your truck looks awesome! Wish i could finish mine that fast!

Copy it to the photoshop forum and put in a request. I would help, but I suck at it.

That truck was built by Todd Emmons but he sold it. I'm not sure who owns it now. I don't think Todd ever joined her, but he went by Grumpez (I think that was it) on other forums.

Todd is a graphic artist that was working for Boyd when that truck was built. You can see more pics of the truck as well his renderings here- LINK

Here's a rendering of his next project-
