Trucks vin info need help on this

ok guys been helping a friend find a truck for him too used and the one i did find
has no VIN PLATE on the truck at all if it cant be found dose any one still make the true vin plates

maybe someone put the vin on a better cab so they didn't have to do as much work to get a rust free truck , if that is the case I don't think you could get a vin number

Don't give the DMV too much info when you call. Try to hold back on your name if you can. You are just asking them "hypothetical" questions.

thanks for the info and my bestfriend may know where a 67 or 69
truck cab is he said if its still there the cab is shot all rust full of holes the vin plate is still on the cab and the lady has the title still
