Hey myoldchevytruck that green grass looks familiar! We lived a couple of blocks away from you on 15th/Douglas (still own the house unfortunately). I hated not having any space to work, no garage, lame shed. My neighbors were cool for the most part. Here's what I traded for, 3-car garage with benches and tons of storage but I'm already out of room:

As an added bonus I don't have any neighbors or hurricanes
