69 longhorn just finished !

i just finished a quick redo of a 1969 gmc longhorn for a customer ! just wanted to share a few pix

69 was the only year for that shade... my old 69 GMC was that color originally... good looking too in my opinion.
Your rendering looks pretty sharp too though!

Welcome to the site, and that looks very nice

thanx guys ! the rims are 20's and are just standard 8 inch spacing ! i have interior shots i will get up soon ! just got it back yesterday and dool exhaust ! thanx for the nice welcoming guys

thanx guys ! i cant wait to build mine ! i just picked up my new motor and tranny today ! 498 BB 600hp th400 goin in my 72 super Cheyenne ! then comes the body and paint and some wheels for next summer

How did you lower the rear end? I also have a 1969GMC Big block and need to lower the rear about the same (2 to 3 inches)

Momboy: just get some drop springs from Performance online or one of the other companies.

i just got some lowering shackles the same mounting dimentions as the trucks from the local offroad shop ! took 15 mins to change out ! i was going to take a leaf or 2 out but didnt need to was nice and level with the shackle swap!
