Something fishy there. All K30's had hydraboost brakes. This truck has vacuum assist. I wonder if the cab id matches the frame.

I decoded the VIN from an LMC catalog. It says it is a K30 and should have a 400, not a 350.
The truck has been repainted. You can see overspray oon the frame behind the cab and the blue interior does not match. The axles are worth about $1000. Offroad guys love the 60s.

X's 2 on the Hydroboost. I don't think it's legit...but I was wrong once.
It's obviously not a numbers matching truck. Looks like it's got an early style auxiliary air compressor. I'd snatch it up, shorten the wheelbase and toss a shortbox on her. That'd be a sweet rig. Last edited by JCampbell; 11-19-2008 at 07:07 PM. |

I just got off the phone with the guy whos has it. He said the engine was replaced with the 350 and it has around 15k on it. He also said it is the only 1t he has bought that has vac assist. It seems like e is only 2 hrs from me. And reserve price is 1800.
