New Products that we have been working on!!

Well we have been working with a manufacturer to start producing our own line of rubber products. Nothing big write now, but definately parts that are needed. We will (hopefully if negotiations don't change) have 67-72 Windshield washer line grommets. (The one on the firewall with 3 holes in it)
67-72 Radiator Support A/C Grommets (Has 2 holes in it)
71-72 1 1/2" Gas filler grommets. (High quality, not like the ones out now that crack in 3 months.)
67-72 Firewall insolation fasteners (rubber like originals, not plastic)
69-72 Upper and Lower Transfercase torque mount cushions.

I am also looking for a 69-72 Suburban Body mount kit. Nobody is reproducing them any more and I want to. So look for a post for that if I can't put one together NOS. WES

This is always good to here WES. It seems that parts are harder to find as the days go by. I can't wait till they make six lug Hubs for the front drums again.

BTW do you have the lower piller behind the door on a Blazer? I want to get NOS bedsides, but $2-3 K for a pair is too much, I have some rust in the pillar down low, so even if I used my Goodmark bedsides, I'd have the pillar stuff to replace as well?? Good News on the Gas Tank Grommet. It's been a little longer than 3 months since I've bought mine but it's already trash. I can hold out until yours are available since the truck is still sidelined. Any thoughts on how long and how much? I'll be looking for this and your other new products. Thanks.

I hope to be selling the filler grommet for between $6 and $10. LMC is 4.95 on theirs but I wouldn't install one on my truck. I think that their problems are not enough UV light protector in the rubber and if a quality piece was tripple that it would be a good deal. (IMO) 70rs/ss, If all you need is the lower door pillar, I have probably 10 of each in stock. I will pm you. WES

Well I have located enough Suburban Body Mount Cushions to make a complete set plus have extras to duplicate. Now the Suburban Guys will be able to replace their mounts!! WES

Are any of the firewall grommets offered now in a high quality replacement? When will you have yours out? Great ideas!!!

We haven't even gotten into the price part of the conversation yet. (The parts are in rout to them now) The company has to take a look at them and let me know what they can do them for. The firewall grommet for the windsheild washer hoses may have to be modified from the original design to fit within the limmitations of the manufacturer. In other words, they may not have the metal clips that hold them in place. They will be made more like other grommets with a slot in them. This should keep the price lower on them also. WES
