cab mount bushings

I need info from those that have used the aftermarket cab mount kits that various board vendors sale. Question is should there be a washer on top of bushing (between the bushing and cab floor) for the front mounts. The kit I have does not have a washer large washer that will fit the bolts supplied. It does have washers that obviously go with the conical bushing at the nut end of the bolt. I have an assembly manual and it shows a washer above at the cab floor but these are aftermarket. The hardware supplied is yellow cadmium plated but have no marking at all on the heads?

Re: cab mount bushings

Anyone have dimensional details of item 13 square washer that is shown in the LMC catalog. Vendor has informed me to re-use my old ones, trouble is I don't have any and would like to just make the two I need.

Re: cab mount bushings

Does anybody know how thick the rear upper washer (number 22 in the diagram) is?

I also have a question about number 12. Is that a small washer that goes under the head of the bolt inside the cab, or is that another large washer that sits on top of the square washer under the cab?

Re: cab mount bushings

Number 12 goes between the head of the bolt and the inside of the cab floor. Not sure how thick #22 is, about 1/8" I think.

This is not a for sure answere but i am pretty sure that they are the same thickness for the front and rear washer. I am talking about the "shim/washer" that goes on top of the body mount.

The small washer that you are refering too goes inside the cab and the bolt goes through it. The cab actually has a small recessed spot for the washer.
