My project 1969 SWB

Finally I get to post my ride. Traded this truck for a GSXR bike about 3 months ago. I put the cragar ss on it. Planning on putting the lowering springs on it cause the 18s just dont look right with so much room between the tires and fender well.

Re: My project 1969 SWB

Welcome from the Heart of Arkansas! Check out the www.earlyclassics.com website and you can see the different height variations more easily....as if you've never seen any. If your truck hasn't been dropped at all, it looks to me like a 2/5 drop would be sweet. You gotta have some room for the rollers to clear the inside of the fenders. The disc conversion adds about an inch to the track of the front end. If yours has already been converted to discs, then you don't need to worry about that track issue.

Nice-lookin' ride. A GSXR, huh? Gasoline costs for the truck got to him? Don't matter to me....wife won't let me have a "scooter", anyway.

I think the coils have been heated up. No disc upgrade yet.

Great looking '69!

Definitely look for your suspension parts at Early Classic Enterprises (ECE). They offer great parts, and excellent customer service!

And... when you get ready to order your parts, call out and speak with Stan. Usually you will end up with a price for the parts/shipping that's alot less then ordering online.
