Need to detail my brake booster..any tips?

I'm going through my engine compartment and want to do the booster, master cylinder, Proportioning Valve etc? Other than just bleeding them can I expect any hassles if I take it apart to paint and clean?

other than bleeding, i cant think of anything that's going to give you any trouble...

some of the contours of the master cylinder are a bit hard to get a wire wheel in. just make sure you have a couple sizes and shapes if you are going to wheel it. If you paint it, remember that Brakleen will soften a lot of paints (ie... lacquers, and most spray cans i have used) but it's still a good pre-paint solvent.

Enjoy the results!!
