Re: What is this for? Cab mounts

There should be two for the rear mounts which are tall compared to the 2wd. They keep the upper and lower mounts lined up and they provide a stop for tightening the mounting bolts against. The washer end goes up.

tvillebowtie...your comment is not appropriate for this forum. This is to be a family friendly site and this does not fall into this arena. Next comment like this and…the internet soap exercise might be implemented.

Re: What is this for? Cab mounts

tvillebowtie...thanks for your positive response. I agree sometimes we say things that sound ok...but after we have time to reflect we have second thoughts. I've had my fair share of slip ups. to the internet 67-72 Chevy/GMC Truck family and I am sure this will be a source of unlimited info and help about our trucks.

TV I must say your mother raised you right. We all sometime say the wrong thing and it is the sign of a good person to realize that what they did may have been inappropriate. When that happens you stand up and do the right thing. You are a stand up guy. Rare in todays day and age.

I didn't see what you had posted before, and it's not important... What matters is the way you took responsibility and apologized.

Welcome to the board from NorCal!
