Re: new kid

alright well i plan on it being my everyday truck so i'm gonna put some luxuries in it (ac powersteering/brakes and disk breaks) so it won't be an exact copy. the inline 6 we pulled out was in pretty bad shape so we went out and got us a parts truck and pulled a 350 v8 out of it and i plan to use that. I have three trucks on my hands and i hope to get one out of them! here are some more pics of the frame.

Re: new kid

Zane, are those the wrong outer tie rods? Do you know what application those brake hoses are for? My current ones are too long.

Re: new kid

ive heard of people having to drill bigger holes in the spindles in order for the tie rods and ball joints to fit right.

Re: new kid

Cool truck, I thought it was one of my old ones for a second there. Mine didn't have the spare cut out in the fender but was otherwise identical. It looks like your doing things right so far. Just post more pics.
