window tint, the diamond cut headlights for 20 bucks on ebay, glue the grill piece in if you know where it is, and i'd paint the inner grille flat black. clear or the "deluxe" split sidemarker lights, clear front turn signals, can't tell on the inside, but get a grant steering wheel.
all those things are on my list to i think most of them will go on my xmas list
And what would be the best paint to use on the grill and what all do i need to do to prep it for the paint i havent painted much plastic

You can't really cut the rear springs. The spring is tapered/has a pigtail where it mounts and doesn't allow for it. If they've already been heated once, personally I wouldn't do it again. It looks likes it is sitting at the factory height to me...I don't think they've been heated but I could be wrong.

Re: what are some easy cheap fixes to make your truck look better

led rear tail lights w/ clear covers, firebird side marker lights, clear front turn signals, window tint, a strait tailgate, paint front brake calipers red, get a rear tank relocation kit and shave the cab filler, then make a sub box out of mdf for behind the seat, make fiberglass kick pannels for speakers, wrap the dash pad with material to match the seats, get new carpet if it is worn or faded, get a white face guage kit off ebay if you have the stock guages, get door edge peep mirrors, polish the wheels really good or look for new ones on craigslist, make a plate to go behind/around your radio faceplate to cover the little half circle things you can still see from the stock radio. Thats about all I can think of right now

Those wheels could really use some elbow grease. They can be polished out and made to look very nice. I know they're early 80's wheels, but they're 8 inches wide and look good.

Re: what are some easy cheap fixes to make your truck look better

Here are some nice wheels I found on craigslist. I think Newalla is about 45 mins. away from you though. Another option is to order some new corvette style ralleys which would be about $500 and then sell your rims and tires to pay for new tires. http://oklahomacity.craigslist.org/pts/902354167.html
