Hell, I'd have him paint everything for me then. That'd be awesome. He does some nice work.

Hey Mikep. Anyway you could ask him what colors he mixed to get the orange on the "swamp Bettle". I know it was 5 or 6 House of Colors mixed together. I recorded it but couldn't read the labels. Thanks man.

Very cool show. I got to see 3 of the cars they did at the new car show at the DC Convention Center. Jessy James was there too.

I think that they are making fun of midle class citizens. The show actualy upsets me. To take a 2 year old beetle and turning it into a floating car is beyone me. I like the idea behind it BUT do they need to spend $12000 on a perfect car that needs nothing but a good home. On top of that the team gets what $4000-$6000 for the job, and then an additional $ 1000-2000 to paint it at the end. That is aprox $19000 USD or over $30000 CDN. That is pure stupidaty. Why not use a 93 festiva with a million miles on it, what to inexpensive? The last show I saw was with the pt cruser turning it into a tree shreadder. What happens with cars after the show? What a wast of $. The one that upset me the most was with the impala ss. This is a perfect example of making fun of us midle class citizens, why didnt they take a retired police car or taxi cab with 2000000 miles on it. They are both impalas but nooo they had to get a rare impala ss with the corvette engine, you know the engine that most of us wish we had nesseld neatly between are innerfenders. You guys may think its a kool show but what would you say if they used a perfectly retored full load 72 burb and turning it into lets say umm lets see now oh I now a street sweeper, yeah thats it, that will work, getting all the road debris in the cab and all over the dash, on the cd player , the nice kenwood that weve been looking at but cant afford....yeah thats the one. You wooldnt be too thrilled abbout the show then now woold you? sorry I just had to say what was on my mind, and it feels good.

hahahahaha easy killer just so you know they only get $3000 to spend on each project. The vehicles go on shows and cruises after there done look up some guy said he seen some of them. Would people really watch if they made a festival boat like they did to the beetle? no. and when u consider those bugs are a dime a dozen its no big deal. I think its a huge plug for house of kolors so im sure they get re embersed in the end for their paintjobs. I would be quite happy if they made a suburban into a say zamboni or what ever it would just show that the truck style is so popular that even jesse james can appreciate it. are you second class just wondering?

I have seen 3 of them so far and I think that it is above the norm to be able to be able to figure out how to fabricate stuff like Jesse does. It's kinda like how ebfabman can take a fender and mold it into the shape he wants it.

It's art automotive style.

I do think all the stuff they do is cool, but I am a car finatic and hate to see the cars destroyed. I don't understand why they put that 3 G limit on there. OK lets say it together "FREEBIE... FREEBIE... FREEBIE" Wish I could get some of those freebies.
Still I think its a cool show.

that show is okay, but don't think we should dis junkyard wars.......personally i think it takes a lot more ingenuity to make something from junk, than it does to make something when you have all the best tools, equipment and parts at your disposal.

just my 2 cents(cdn$....so i guess that's about $1.50 to you guys in the south) :p
