Anyone Run H-Pipe (or X-pipe) on 4x4?
Anyone run and H-pipe or X-pipe on their 4x4?
Looking at my '71 Blazer with full length headers I think the only place I could make it fit is behind the transfer case, putting it about 3 feet back from the collectors. Is this too far back?

Yukon Jack has an x pipe on his truck. Here is the forum that has pics.

I am wondering the same thing. I believe Yukon Jack has a mild body lift thou.

Re: Anyone Run H-Pipe (or X-pipe) on 4x4?
Yukon Jack's X-pipe is behind the transfer case and he has a few inches of body lift.
I think without a body lift a person could still sneak an H-pipe under the front of the rear driveshaft and keep it tucked up higher than the underside of the transfer case.

I run an H pipe on my 72. I really makes the super 40's HOWL. Mine is behind the transfer case and the gear vendors OD. Its mounted up high so its out of the way.

I have the same space constraints (short Blazer wheelbase, transfer case skid plate).
