1970 C20 in Central PA

I have a 70 C20 Camper special I would like to sell. It has been converted to 8 lug discs in the front. The whole brake system is new except the rotors, drums and master cylinder. This truck runs and drives, but needs body work. It pretty much needs a new bed as the one that is on it is rusted out everywhere (the bed trim does not come with it). The cab is rusted out also, but could be rebuilt. I have pictures of all the rusted spots. It has a 305 V8 with a 700R4 transmission. It has a Dana 60 rear axle (4:10 gears no posi), power steering, power brakes, full instruments that work, speedo works and I am not sure if it is correct (tranny came out of a truck with 4:10 gears). It has new gas shocks all around (rears need installed), and all new ball joints (for the conversion). It has 2 inch lowering shackles in the back. The spring bushings are all good. The frame is in great shape on this truck. It has a single exhaust with a flowmaster muffler and it sounds good. I have (but are not on the truck at the moment) inner fenders that have some rust, and a heater box with a heater core. It also comes with mirrors and the rear wiring harness with all the light housings and lenses. It has newer 8 lug aluminum wheels with 265/60R16 BFGoodrich tires on it. The price is $900 without the wheels. $1750 with the wheels. I have more pictures here: http://s151.photobucket.com/albums/s...0C20%20pickup/

I forgot to mention that I have a few patch panels for this that include all the cab supports, rockers, door bottoms, and the passenger front fender cup.

I am up for trades. I'm kinda looking for a 1987-88 Kawasaki Tecate 4 250 and a Cosworth Vega. Or make me an offer.

So is there even any resonable offers? I think this would be an awesome looking truck when the bodywork is finished. It is mechanicaly done, it just needs the body work.

Re: 1970 C20 in Central PA

I ave done several things to this truck and I will post new pictures tomorrow. I put on the mirrors (with stainless screws), I put in the tail lights and reverse lights and got them working, finished the exhuast, and put a liscence plate holder on it. Like I said I will put pics up tomorrow.

Here are the pictures. I would really like to sell this so I can get working on my 68 again. I will consider reasonable offers.

Do you still have the truck? I might be interested in the cab... Looks like the rockers are shot but can you comment on how the rest of the cab is, rust-wise?

Yes i still have the truck. The cab is probably the worst part on the truck right behind the bed. The rockers, cab corners, cab supports, outside floor on both sides, kick panels, bottom of the door pillars, right above the windshield, outside firewall on the upper corners, the air boxes on the outside are all rusted out. This cab can be fixed, but it needs a lot of work. It sat outside under trees for a long time and it rusted out the top of the truck.
