4-Link Install Help

I am installing a Triangulated 4-link on my 71. Heres my problem(s):

1. How do i know what angle to put on the inner bars? Whats the easiest way to measure the angles?

2. Can I Install the 4-link while the truck is laying frame? Or do i need to jack it up ride hight? When should the link bars be parallel to the ground?

3. I have the outter bars on the outside of the frame and the inner bars angling in toward the cab (/\) correct?

Im going to have a few more as i do along!

Install your links at ride height, with the lower bar parallel to the ground. Also set your wheelbase at ride height, because the wheel arc will change your wheelbase slightly from there. When your lower bars are parallel with the ground the upper bars should be angled down slightly.

For angling the bars in, you measure the degrees against the axle or the frame. The optimum is to have the two bars create a right angle when viewed from above. But anything from 30-45 degrees triangulation per bar is considered acceptable. I prefer to keep it within 40-45 degrees, any less and I feel that the axle will not stay properly centered in hard cornering.

I just did a really rough sketch to make sure i have the right idea. I'm not understanding where i should see a 90* angle.

When each upper bar comes in at 45 degrees, together they make a 90 degree angle correct? So viewed at an angle the upper link bars should be close to a right angle.

The farther outboard on the axle the better, because it gives more control and stability, especially when your right foot gets heavy.

I don't mind making a sticky out of it, but I ask 72hotrodder to do something very simple in order to keep the post around (supply the origins of the article) and he chose not to. Instead, every reply since has been argumentative in nature and brings absolutely nothing to the post.
