6 to 5 lug conversion

When changing a '69 to 5 lug is it necessary to change the cross member, or can the '72 control arms be used on the '69 crossmember??

69-70 spindles are different from 71-72. If you are converting to disc brakes, it would be easier to buy spindles for your truck. the 71-72 balljoints and tie rods are different

Yes, the 72 control arms will work on the 69 xmember

If you use a 71-72 center link you won't have any tie rod issues. That is assuming you have the 72 spindles and ball joints already.
