Front suspension

can i buy a 73-87 2 wheel drive front suspension rebuild kit for a 1972 2 wheel drive or is there a difference if so what??? thanks for all your help

Control arm bushings & shafts are different, wont fit. Why not just buy 72 stuff?

i would like to by a Polygraphite kit from pst but they don't offer one for a 72

If your dead set on Poly... you'll need 73 & up control arms then.
Plenty of guys bagg'n those years w/strong arm kits, removing stock, run a "wanted" ad on the parts forum.

There's no good reason to switch around your arms just for poly bushings. The stock earlier model steel bushings offer better handling and less deflection than poly ever could.
