Pedal Trim

I just got my pedal trim from Scotts Super Trucks today. I just noticed that my gas pedal is bent towards the top. I was just wondering what I should do. Should I just bend the trim to fit, try bending the pedal back, or buy a new pedal(probably won't help because this one is only 5 months old).
Thanks for any input.

The trim is fine, it is the top of the actual gas pedal that is bent. I guess it just sort of warped at the top because of the way the trucks were set up(mine is a 69 so it snaps into the two balls and then rests on the accelerator thingamabob at the top).
