are those fender emblems interchangeable?

Should be if the holes line up. If not, you may have to drill a hole or two.

The c-10, custom/10, cst/10, and custom camper/10 have the same spacing for the studs. Certain applications won't fit if there is an emblem directly below it. The studs are higher/lower on different emblems.
