Need help with heater controls

I lost my diagram showing which heater cable went to which control... doh! BTW, it's for my '67.

I did a quick search and nothing came back. Please help! Thanks in advance.

The book pics seem kinda confusing to me, if I didn't already know how they went, but the link above is a good one. Let us know if you can't figure out which cable goes where on the rear control. We can get you set straight.
