Tell me how good a deal I got...
Hey guys, I picked up this bag set up tonight for $100 bucks
Do yall know anything about these valves & stuff ??? The bags are Firestone Ride-Rites & the valves are 1/4" M.I.C. manual valves Last edited by Spray-Bomb; 12-17-2008 at 11:54 PM. |

Re: Tell me how good a deal I got...
They look like M.I.C. manual valves. I had a set once, they leaked like a siv. For 100$ if you got 4 bags (as long as they're good),and those valves ,plus some fittings, I'de say you did alright.

Not really, I figure if they dont leak terribly then I will run them off my shop compressor to air up my bag projects in the shop

Re: Tell me how good a deal I got...
Those are the MIC valves, were good back in the day. Problem was they were aluminum and wore out. Yeah I would run a manifold setup we use the Ascos and the Accuairs, great pieces. Got a special on everything free shipping till Christmas!!!

Re: Tell me how good a deal I got...
Well I got my lil set up hooked up to my truck & it sure is fun playing with the bags even if it is only FB, but hey its just to move it around the shop anyway
The valves dont leak & other than being 1/4" and too slow for me they work fine Last edited by Spray-Bomb; 12-20-2008 at 03:15 AM. |
