How low can you go with 20's not on bags

I was wondering if anybody has any pics of some trucks lowered on 20's without bags? Any suspension info would be great as well. I guess I want to know how low I can go on 20's before the ride sucks. Pictures would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Rick

It all depends on your tire size.

Re: How low can you go with 20's not on bags

Does anybody have a picture of a truck with a 4" ans 6" drop on 20's? I think that would answer my question.

You can use this to help you figure out overall diameter..http://www.rims-n-tires.com/info_specs...If you are dropping it 4in in the front...you should be at 28in from the top of your wheel arc to the ground....6in in the rear will put you at 28in also...hope this helps

Re: How low can you go with 20's not on bags

IMO... I would not go lower than 4.5/6 when running 20's. If you're looking for parts, contact Early Classic Enterprises (ECE) as they offer some of the best parts, and amazing customer service. The main reason I wouldn't go any lower than this, is that this stance can be accomodated by drop spindles and springs w/ no major modification to the frame or a-arms. Also check out ECE's stance photos (here) for different lowering stances on the same truck.

Check out post #125 in this thread. novajess1972's truck is running 4.5/5 drop on his truck and looks killer. I would only change the rear and bring it down a little if it was my truck.

Thanks, 72BlckButy

That helps alot. I'm going to order my 20's this week. I think I'm going with Billet Specialties Daggers.

20x8.5 with 5.75 BS for the front
and 20x10 with 4.75 BS for the rear

Re: How low can you go with 20's not on bags

Excellent choice on wheels. The front size will be perfect,... but you might was to measure the rear backspacing. Maybe a 5" or 5.5" backspacing. JUST measure BEFORE you order.
