Best spot for the temperature gauge sensor...
I am in the process of switching the original dash to aftermarket mechanical gauges. Where is the best spot to put the temperature sensor? In the intake or block? The intake does not seem to have a convenient spot.

There is a hole for it already in the driver's side head, just have to put the correct sender in there for the gauge you are using

It's between the No. 1 and 3 plug. And that was not a stupid question. I would like to think there are no stupid questions here.
