I think this is it??
My truck had one of those ugly shells on it when I bought it. I still have the receipt for the camper dated the same week as the original truck bill of sale. A shell will save a bed that's for sure.

No way! The ad says it has 7,825 original miles?!! Reserve hasn't been met yet, I wonder what they think they'll get for this truck?

Re: Nice low mileage 68 on e-bay

ads.auctionads are causing this to time out - is this a referral service that generates revenue from this site by outgoing clicks?

If so - can we change that so my work doesn't block the hyperlinks?

It may be the pic but it looks like the pedals are worn too much for 72 K

Re: Nice low mileage 68 on e-bay

Who are these crazy people who buy vehicles and never drive them??? Roughly adding up the mileage on my 5 rides... they have a combined mileage of either 440K or 540K, depending on how many times the 67 has actually rolled around

I like it Too bad it wasn't a shorty

I guess you could say dead people in my case.

My 68 GMC sat in a barn for about 10 years before I bought it. It belonged to a friend's dad who died in the early 80's. He was a rancher/farmer and only drove the truck to go to the feedstore. Bad part about it is that he would use it to carry salt and mineral blocks for his cattle so the bed is pitted in places. But, It had 26K when I bought it around 1995.

Re: Nice low mileage 68 on e-bay

Well,my 68 has only 59,000 miles on it.
The first owner drove a forestry truck,so seldom used this one. Then it sat for about 9 years.
I have a 95 chevy 4x4 dually that has 72,000 miles on it that I bought new to pull a travel trailer. Then I got my present job here in town,so I didn't need the truck, and just don't want to sell it.It hasn't left the yard in 2 years!
I have a 78 P-30 aluminum van(bread van)with 79,000 miles on it.It was bought new by a cabinet company that used it to haul plywood once a month. They used it to store the plywood until it was used up then another trip.I've put more miles on it than they did.
And I have my mom's 86 Mercury Topaz with 36,000 miles on it.She just never drove it.Maybe 2 miles a day to work and back.
So,there are lots of reasons for low mileage!
Plus,that's my thing---Low mileage original!
Mike.
