Re: question about classicparts

It will probably depend on when the catalog was printed. Even though you received the catalog only a few weeks ago, that doesn't mean that they reprinted their '08 book to reflect the price changes. I'm guessing, like most of the business' out there, they have needed to raise their prices as well. Give them a call tomorrow as they are great to work with, as I have ordered several things from them with great customer service.

Out of curiousity what parts are you wanting to order? Depending on the parts you're looking for you might also consider these vendors:

Any and all board supporting vendors (GMC Paul's, Tim Christian,...)
Bed Panels/wood/... Mar-K in OK
Suspension/Sheetmetal/.... Early Classic Enterprises in CA

Re: question about classicparts

They have made some changes since GM sued them to change their name from Chevy Duty. It is much cheaper for me to just walk in their store than use the internet.

True, I forgot about their forced name change, but that actually happened either in '07 or early '08. Those changes still shouldn't be going into affect.

Side note... do you work on the V-Rod? I watched a great show that displayed the start to finish build of the V-Rod in KC.

Jute padding usually is attached to the carpeting. Also, shop, shop, shop for saving money for the same name brand products. Try the vendors on here for prices also.
