Cool 1971 longhorn?

I went to look at a 1971 truck its orange and white two tone all seems original. Is it a longhorn? the bed measures 8 1/2 feet long and has two doors on each side of the front of the bed was there originally 3 tanks? it has ac original radio im not sure about the motor though it runs great

If this is a 4-door truck than its a modified Longhorn. Pictures would be a big help. This sounds to be an aftermarket conversion. I think some have pics of the companies who did these conversions. Sounds like a nice find. Not very common to find.

no it wasnt toolbox i dont think it was about a 5x5 hole take or give a lil it was a hinged door and had a lock on it i have pictures on my phone im trying to get them on the computer as we speak

He is talking about gas filler doors.

It sounds like a longhorn with auxillary fuel tanks. It's odd that there are a total of four fuel filler doors though. Did you mean two doors on each side, or two doors total, one on each side?
