My story

Hi I,m new and just thought i would stop in and tell a little of my story. My first truck was a 71 gmc me and dad fixed up when i was 15 years old.I drove it for about 6 years and it started to rust back out living in Indiana and all so i parked it to be fixed back up again.Long story short ended up having to sell it to come up with money for down payment on first house when I got married.I have wanted another ever since that day,Well about a month and a half ago I was headed to work one morning and a 10 point buck jumped out of the woods in front of me and next thing I knew the air bag was in my face.It completly totaled my truck witch was bad at the time,But gave me an excuse to find another old truck. So i looked around at several old trucks till one day dad call he had found one for sale in the trader paper.I ended up buying it A 67 shortbed gmc, hence the name 10pointgmc.I'll get pictures on as soon as I can.

Sounds like a great buy on the SWB GMC. You'll learn to love this place like your second home.

Can't wait to see the pics!

Re: My story

Welcome from the Heart of Arkansas!

So, did you have to tag the deer with a "John Doe" tag?

Sorry to hear that it was a round of bad luck that had to happen, but at least you found a good truck to re-live your youth.
