Question 87 350 TBI Problem

My 87 350 starts and runs great til I de-accelerate (slow for a stop etc). It chugs and on occasion dies when coming to a stop.
Otherwise she starts good and runs terrific under acceleration. Plugs, cap, rotor and wires are new. I'm not a carb or TBI guy so I'm looking for assistance from the guru's! Thanks in advance

ITZA72,

Have you changed the fuel filter? Sounds like a possible problem.

try un plugging the trans, 4 wire plug on D/S of trans, if the locj up solenoid is sticking then it will do that, its almost like stopping ain a stick shift and not using the clutch.
